Hugh Dunkerley - Non-Executive Director

Hugh Dunkerley is currently the President and CEO of Foldera (OTC BB:FDRA.OB) and has significant corporate development experience in both executive and advisory capacities. His experience includes U.K.-based assignments with public companies Rare Medium Inc. (NASDAQ: RRRR) and Jarvis PLC (London Stock Exchange: JRVS). Mr. Dunkerley has also worked for the Confederation of British Industry (CBI), and the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) in the UK. At Westminster Business Consultants, he managed projects for Boston Consulting Group, Bossard, Ernst & Young, CIMA and Schroeder Ventures. Prior to Foldera, Mr. Dunkerley was part of the Small-Mid Cap Equities team at Hunter Wise Financial Group, LLC, specializing in investment banking advisory services to US and EU companies.

Educated in the U.K., Mr. Dunkerley earned a BA (Honors) from London's Westminster University in Business Studies; he holds an MBA from South Bank University, London; along with Series 7 and 66 licenses from the NASD.
