Reid Dabney - Non-Executive Director, Audit Chair

Reid is currently the Sr. Vice President and CFO of Foldera (OTC BB:FDRA.OB) and is a seasoned financial executive with roughly 30 years of senior financial management experience at several major, multinational corporations and investment banks. Prior to joining Foldera, Reid held senior financial management positions with Philip Morris, Pillsbury, and Ecolab. He worked as an investment banker at Dain Rauscher Wessels, and Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, and is a founding member of the CFO 911 financial consulting firm. Mr. Dabney has also done extensive financial consulting for small and medium sized companies.

Reid earned a BA in Literature and Economics from Claremont McKenna College, and an MBA in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School
