ChromaDex™ is a leader in “Setting THE Standard”!  Our diverse list of products is known and used world wide for research and development and for quality control programs.  The products are supported by well defined documentation and technical support, which is above and beyond many of our competitors. 

We at ChromaDex™ recognize the need for a comprehensive and documented quality control program as it relates to our products and to the needs of our customers through a series of qualitative and/or quantitative procedures.  As an ISO17025 compliant laboratory, our product documentation and specifications are central to our quality assurance program. 

Compliance with an individual product’s specifications is routinely monitored for quality and stability to ensure product reliability and customer satisfaction. 

Finally, a key component to our quality system is ensuring each product is appropriately packaged and shipped to maintain the quality and integrity of the products as if they were stored under the appropriate conditions at the ChromaDex™ facility.  Ask your product supplier two simple questions and you will understand why ChromaDex™ is “Setting THE Standard”.


Does the product come with a Certificate of Analysis (CofA)?

A CofA is required when a product is going to be used as a qualitative or quantitative reference standard intended for use in quality control procedures.  It should clearly state the supporting data for purity and identity when such a claim is reported (NMR, MS, HPLC, etc.).  CofA's are available for each ChromaDex™ product and can be requested for previously purchased products and/or can be located under the product description on the website when logged into your customer account.


What level of technical support is available for the product(s)?

 

Our Technical Support staff should be readily available to answer any questions you have about the product prior to purchase.  This also applies for after the product is purchased and received to ensure there is no confusion.  ChromaDex™ support staff have backgrounds in science and understand all levels of the products being offered.  Answers to technical questions should be given in a timely and professional manner to ensure you are able to use the product correctly the first time.

How easy is it to manage your account?

Access to your account can be viewed at anytime on the website when logged into your customer account.  You will see real time information on your orders and billing.  As always, your account can be discussed in person at anytime with the appropriate support staff during regular business hours.
