Brianna Gerber is the Chief Financial Officer at ChromaDex. Mrs. Gerber has over 20 years of diverse experience in investment management and finance at The Capital Group, Mattel and ChromaDex. She joined ChromaDex in September of 2018 and has been instrumental in driving operational and financial discipline across the company, including cost savings initiatives across the supply chain. Mrs. Gerber regularly evaluates strategic partnerships, business development opportunities, and other financial transactions, providing strategy and decision support to senior leadership. From 2013 to 2018, she served in multiple leadership roles at Mattel in Corporate Financial Planning and Investor Relations where she also developed strong cross functional relationships. Mrs. Gerber has experience in the capital markets, including several capital raises at ChromaDex and a $1 billion high-yield debt offering and ABL at Mattel. Before joining Mattel, Mrs. Gerber spent 11 years at the Capital Group Companies, one of the largest active asset managers in the world. Mrs. Gerber was an Equity Research Associate conducting in-depth fundamental research on a broad range of industries and companies to influence investment decisions. Mrs. Gerber received her B.S. in Corporate Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a member of the CFA Society of Los Angeles, as well as a member of the Women’s Executive Leadership Advisory Board.
